Protection of the rock of life domain:

Use of the "rock of life" name, in any other domain, for a Rick Springfield website, is protected by law. All rights of the name were protected once the website went public. Domains are protected from use by others who choose to use numbers,
slashes,hashmarks etc. in their domain. Example: you can not use A-B-C.com if ABC.com is already in use,nor can you use A-B-C.net for the same subject matter. If ABC.com refers to a television network and A-B-C.net refers to a learning website, then that is legal.(for now)
In 1999, ICANN approved its new and improved Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”) which empowered an arbitrator to transfer or cancel a domain name if it is confusingly similar to an existing trademark. Other similar laws are in effect also to protect domain names.

Anyone using the rock of life name as a domain is subect to legal matters. All court cost,lawyers fees, ect., will be paid by the person/company in violation.

It's very easy to run a check on a domain name before you register. Please do so to protect yourself and/or company. Show some respect for others and come up with your own domain. Adding hash marks just proves you copied the name from someone else.
